This image of wood spirits in the shape of moths (perhaps harboring souls on their way to somewhere else) is an assemblage depicting woods mythology and folklore. The background is from the side of an old, burned out farmhouse along a back road in Pennsylvania. Nature had long been encroaching on any of the structure that was still standing.
